Call this a Wrap...

So, all in all, we didn't kill each other, it took 5 1/2 months doing it all ourselves ...
removing the popcorn ceiling, chasing leaks, closing up walls, spackle, spackle, spackle, PAINT (a ridiculous amount of painting), building & installing cabinets, installing appliances, toilets, countertops, faucets, tubs!
Whew.

(except the HVAC tune up, the gutter install, the air duct cleaning and the carpeting)

Carpet ... YES!

Yes it takes this much carpet for a 4 bedroom house! Four Guys, ALL DAY ...

well, if you don't start till 11:00 am ...
